The key to success is...

To become the man on campus it is critical that you develop self confidence.

If you aren't confident, you will doubt your actions, shy away from necessary risks, and struggle to change your social life.  On the other hand, if you are confident, you will carry yourself and go about life in manner that reflects your internal confidence.  Other people will notice this and they will treat you as someone with high social value.  With confidence you will discover new passions, attract more women, make more friends, have fun, and become happier.

Now you may be saying, that is great, but I have low self esteem.  Well. don't worry, I didn't either, but I learned how to develop confidence.  It wasn't hard for me, it won't be hard for you, trust me.

In the coming blogs I will address several simple steps you can take to develop confidence.

Routine

Before we continue I need to address the importance of setting up a routine for the exercises, such as meditation, that I will be posting.  Like a good workout routine, you need to develop a habit of completing the exercises--it needs to be a priority in your day.

The best way to do this is develop a routine that becomes a habit.  I personally favor mornings for routines because towards the evening everything you failed to accomplish during the day gets crammed into the few hours before you go to bed.

So to begin, get a calendar and pick three or more days a week you will perform your exercise. Write them into the calendar and follow through with what you have written.  For 30 days you need to pen in your exercises into a calendar and follow through with them.  At the end of those 30 days, assuming you have been diligent, it is likely that the exercises will become second nature and you will not need to use a calendar.

If you are serious about changing I cannot stress how important it is that these exercise I give you become a priority in your day, second only to school work.  I am aware how much college students procrastinate, myself included.  When it comes to doing school work just do it, if you are going to procrastinate perform one of my given exercises or get something else out of the way.

Reading this blog will provide you with the information you need to become "the man on campus" but only with your personal effort and drive will this happen.
